This week is bonkers. I've got two weddings, one commercial shoot, one photo session, and two client meetings. That's aside from our already packed home schedule and adding hosting a dinner party this week to top it off. Whew! My goal this week is to just get through the busy week without veering off my path and turning to convenient foods. Also, to stay far far away from the wedding cake!
Day 8 / Phase 1
10:30a Sweet Potato Kale Shrimp Skillet + Brussels Sprouts
1:30p AIP Morning Smoothie + Collagen
6p Assorted fruit
9:30p Tuna Melt on Sweet Potato Toast (omit tomato, lemon, cheese)
1:30a Rice crackers
Beverages: Peppermint Tea, 16oz Water w/ Coconut Drops
Symptoms: Tired, Motivated, Anxious, Restless
