I'm so glad my husband did some batch cooking last night and pan seared some salmon for me, along with roasting asparagus for the both of us. Having ready made meals makes it so much easier to stay on course.

Have you ever noticed a majority of commercials on television are yummy, enticing food advertisements? I never really noticed until now. The Red Lobster commercials are getting to me the most. Ugh, this is sucks!

This is definitely a learning curve. But, it could have been worse.

Day 3 / Phase 1

12p Pan Seared Salmon (omit black pepper), Roasted Asparagus (sub olive oil for coconut oil), Cauliflower Rice

1p Watermelon

4p Thai Lettuce Wraps w/ Pan Seared Cucumbers

6p Kiwi

11p Almonds, Sunflower Kernels

Beverages: Dandelion Tea + Collagen Powder, 24oz Water w/ Coconut Drops

Supplements: Oil Of Oregano

Symptoms: Feeling Rested, Stomach Pains after Kiwi, Craving For Sweets, Severe Migraine Behind Left Ear, 8hrs of Sleep
